The menu at Kabul Kabob House shines with a variety of appetizers that showcase the depth of Afghan flavors. I especially savored the Aushak, delightful Afghan ravioli filled with fresh leeks that are enhanced by a yogurt-mint sauce and topped with a savory ground beef mix. The vegetarian variant also doesn’t disappoint. Another highlight was the Mantu, beautifully crafted pastry shells filled with a luscious mix of onions and beef, draped in yogurt and brightened further with a touch of carrots and yellow split peas. Each bite, rich in flavor, transported me to a bustling street market in Kabul.

For those craving heartier fare, the kebab sandwiches are a must-try! The Lamb Kabob Sandwich and Chicken Kabob Sandwich are packed with juicy chunks of meat layered generously with fresh vegetables and a signature Afghan special sauce. Priced at $9.75, they offer great value while delivering an explosion of taste that lingers well after the meal is over.

The food was very flavorful. I had the super dish and chickpeas. Therefore I had a little bit of all the meats. The management was very nice and my food was cooked fresh. Overall it was great and the portion size was nice as well. Very well worth the money, I will be returning.

Yum! Came in on a whim when I decided this place looked interesting and wasn't disappointed. I ordered a lamb sandwich and it came with a side of chickpeas in the most delightful sauce. The sandwich was seasoned to perfection and the bread was nice and soft and didn't overpower the fillings. The whole thing was so incredible! If you're in the mood for fresh and flavorful food, come here. The prices are fair and the servings are nice and filling. You can even get it to go through Door Dash.

The food is worth the trip. The spinach needs to be featured. The meats and bread YESSSS! The salad blah but what can you do with iceberg lettuce. Take it to go! It is like a Ghanie greasy spoon so do not get it twisted. Dad keeps it simple on decor, and amenities.

My son eats here quite often and tonight he brought me some food. I have nothing to say except it was excellent. I would 100% eat here again and a 100% tell everyone else to so so also.

First timer! Looking for somewhere close to where my husband was parked. Happened to be across the street and the reviews were pretty good. Called in our takeout order and was ready when he got there! Ordered the "super dish" which consisted of three different kabobs (chicken, lamb, and ground beef), rice with side of meat sauce, salad, chickpeas and a whole naan. Great choice for us since we can try out the different kabobs and not have to order a few separate entrees. The price was excellent too at $21.50!! It was plenty of food for the both of us and agreed that the taste was pretty good. We will definitely order again since it's close to his work!

We were visiting the area and were excited to see a Kabob shop in the area. The inside area is small with a handful of tables. Menu is easy to read with pictures. We ordered the chicken thigh kabob and the combo kabob. We were surprised with the portions as each entree plate came with rice, salad, chickpeas, and bread with tzatziki sauce and a herbs sauce. Food was fresh and bread was warm and soft, pairing very well with the sauces provided. Wait times took longer than expected so recommend ordering ahead or dining in while you have time. Nice service, seemed like a family business. Recommend if you're in the area!

I have a few go-to kabob places, so I'm always a little wary on trying a new place, with the worry that it won't live up or satisfy my craving. This place is very close to my house, and the reviews were good, so gave it a shot. It. was. so. good. All their platters come with a salad, protein, rice, bread, and chickpeas. FOOD: Chicken thigh platter: the chicken was so tender. The rice was cooked perfect and seasoned just enough. I loooove their chick peas. Combo platter: Beef, lamb, and chicken breast. I'm usually not a fan of lamb, but it was good! Still had that gamey taste, but not too overpowering. The bread that comes with it is enormous. And the sauce (white sauce) is to die for. Not only that, the platters average ~$12, but the portions are huge! Could only finish half. Will definitely be coming back here.
